Stüssy offers a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for all items in original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that certain limited-edition collaborations and final sale items are ineligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Processing & Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
